About Me
Background

I’m Judith Clark.
Prior to becoming a freelance indexer, I worked as a librarian for several years. Later I transitioned to a private sector library automation software company where I worked nearly two decades in a variety of roles, including training consultant, information resources and training coordinator, and knowledge management coordinator. After leaving the company, I also worked as a technical writer for Hewlett Packard Enterprise.
My first introduction to indexing was in library school. I loved it and always wanted to pursue it some day. That day is now, and I greatly enjoy my freelance indexing career.
I am a member of the Indexing Society of Canada / Société canadienne d’indexation (ISC/SCI), where I currently volunteer as Communications Director.
